Shipping & Delivery Terms

Delivery Conditions

Although our products are manufactured in Poland, all orders are shipped from the Swiss warehouse of Gecko Supply GmbH.

• Products are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.

• No import duties or taxes are charged additionally.

• We ship exclusively via Swiss Post.

• Orders from our online shop are delivered exclusively within Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

• For orders with a value under CHF 100.–, a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.– applies.

• For orders with a value of CHF 100.– or more, shipping is free.

Returns

You can return any product purchased on lyofood.ch within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Products can be returned as long as they are in their original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please detach the return slip from the delivery note and send the fully completed return form along with the products back to us. Include your name, address, email, order or invoice number, and the list of products you wish to return.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for purchase. If you want the refund transferred to a different account, please provide the transfer details on the return form.

If any purchased items included a promotional or free product, it must be returned together with the items being returned.
